
1、 Overview
The WT35-11 roof axial flow fan is another type of roof fan developed by our company based on the original roof fan and the advantages of similar products at home and abroad. The fan adopts advanced fiberglass material and molding technology, scientifically designed aerodynamic characteristics, and a reasonable and beautiful structure, which are superior to similar products in terms of performance and appearance quality. The conveying medium is air and other non self igniting gases. The working temperature of the fan is between -20 ℃ and 45 ℃, and the environmental humidity is not greater than 95% RH. Suitable for forced ventilation in various modern facilities such as grain depots, electricity, petroleum, chemical, metallurgical, sports venues, etc. For situations where the medium temperature is high, our company has high-temperature fan products available for users to use.
2、 Product Features
1. Beautiful appearance and easy to use: The fan is vertically installed on the roof with a mushroom shaped fiberglass wind and rain cap, which can prevent wind and rain. It uses a guide ring to reduce wind resistance loss, and the curved transition is smooth and soft, beautiful and practical; The surface of the body is coated with an anti-corrosion layer, which has the characteristics of good strength and corrosion resistance.
2. Smooth operation and low noise: The fan has a small moment of inertia, high power balance accuracy, and smooth operation. At the rated flow rate, the noise limit measured at the efficiency operating point is 25dB to 27dB higher than the A-sound level LsA.

The parameters provided in the performance table, unless otherwise specified, are calculated based on the standard inlet state of the fan, which is the standard state of air medium, pressure of 101325Pa, temperature of 20 ℃, density of 1.2kg/m3, and relative humidity of 50%.
4、 Structure
The fan is mainly composed of components such as a wind cap, wind duct, impeller, bracket, anti bird net, and electric motor.
5、 Installation and usage instructions
1. Before installation, attention should be paid to:
① The specifications, type, impeller rotation direction, and matching motor of the ventilation fan should be checked to ensure they meet the requirements;
② Install accessories, specifications, quantities, etc. for the clear point fan on the packing list;
③ Thoroughly inspect all parts of the ventilation fan for any damage or deformation caused by packaging and transportation. If there is any damage or deformation, it must be repaired properly before installation can proceed.
2. During installation, attention should be paid to:
① Pay attention to checking whether there is any looseness in the connecting parts, and the gap between the impeller and the air duct should be uniform, without any friction, collision, or other phenomena. If found, it should be promptly eliminated;
② Use hands or tools to turn the impeller and check whether the fan impeller rotates flexibly, whether there is any "jerking" or "jamming" phenomenon. If found, it should be eliminated in a timely manner;
③ The fan needs to be installed vertically and must not be tilted, otherwise it will affect the normal operation of the impeller.
④ Before installation, the foundation of the roof should be prepared in advance, and anchor bolts should be embedded according to the design requirements. And place a circle of rubber strips or sealant on the prefabricated installation foundation, then lift the ventilation fan to the installation foundation, align it, and tighten it with bolts.
⑤ Lifting the ventilation fan requires using hooks and ropes to support the fan lifting ears, and it is not allowed to use hooks to hook the edges of the air duct for lifting.
⑥ If the inlet of the ventilation fan needs to be connected to a pipeline, a soft connection should be used, and the ventilation fan does not bear the weight of the pipeline.
3. Trial operation of the fan
① After installation, connect the wire ends of the motor junction box to the pre installed power supply with a voltage of 380V and a frequency of 50Hz for trial operation.
② Press and turn on the power switch. If no abnormal phenomena occur, the fan can be tested for continuous operation under the specified working conditions. Only after normal operation can it be officially used.
